ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for EVA Foam Mat Suppliers

Published: · Updated: · Newin Best

For wholesale and OEM mat sourcing, review management-system certificates together with practical production controls. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 address different factory management questions; neither is a finished-product safety approval.

Two management systems, different purchasing questions

ISO 9001 concerns quality management; ISO 14001 concerns environmental management. Use the documents when reviewing the factory’s management arrangements. A certificate does not independently prove that every mat meets EN71, REACH, slip-performance or U.S. certification requirements. Product tests and the agreed order specification remain separate evidence.

Read the English Newin Best certificates

The published English pages identify Suqian Newin Best Flooring Co., Ltd. and the scope “Production and sales of EVA floor mats.” They were issued by NOA Testing & Certification Group Ltd. on May 8, 2026 and show May 8, 2029 as the expiry date. The quality certificate number is 05126Q01762R153; the environmental certificate number is 05126E01091R153. The documents state ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 respectively. These edition names are the ones printed in the supplied certificates, not a claim that they are the newest editions.

Confirm the facility, scope and certificate status

Compare the registered and audited addresses with the order’s production site. Check the issuing body, certificate number and relevant status through the stated verification channel or by contacting the issuer. Confirm surveillance requirements and any applicable standard-transition arrangements with the certification body. ISO itself does not issue these factory certificates.

Turn quality concerns into measurable order checks

For EVA mat purchasing, agree the selected formulation, tile size, usable installed coverage, thickness, interlocking fit, surface finish and packing. Newin Best’s confirmed EVA foam-base specifications are density 70 kg/m³ and hardness Shore C 34–36; composite layers require their own specification. Set agreed measurement methods and tolerances rather than expecting an ISO logo to resolve dimensional or batch differences.

Questions an OEM buyer should raise

How will the approved sample be linked to production? Ask for model and batch traceability. How are material or surface changes reviewed? Agree change notification and testing implications. What is the inspection scope? Specify the stage, sampling and acceptance criteria with the team. Can ISO 14001 prove a particular recycled percentage? No: review the relevant material and shipment evidence separately.
