Prepare the inquiry
Specify the mat style, installed size, thickness, colors, quantity and destination market. Add reference photos, required branding, packing format and requested delivery date. Newin Best’s confirmed EVA foam values are 70 kg/m³ and Shore C 34–36; confirm the full finished-model specification with the quotation.
Compare equivalent quotations
Match materials, surface layers, dimensions and tolerances before comparing prices. Check whether the quote includes edge strips, retail packing, outer cartons, artwork costs or tooling. Ask for the MOQ and sample charges for the selected combination rather than assuming a fixed factory-wide minimum.
Approve the sample and inspection plan
Record the approved reference sample, product specification and test-document requirements. Agree inspection timing, acceptance criteria and the process for handling a specification change. Confirm the required documents for the selected model and market before production.
Confirm delivery and payment terms
Use the named shipment term and location in the order documents. Agree production timing, payment milestones and the shipment document set. Capacity, freight rates and transit schedules are order-specific; obtain a current confirmation rather than a fixed lead-time promise from a general guide.
