Start with the use, market and installation conditions, then compare finished models. A practical specification is more useful than choosing solely by a photo, price or thickness.

Define the application

Identify the users, activities, floor area, equipment and environment. Include the intended age group for play products and the destination market for imported goods. Make performance or document requirements explicit before requesting a quotation.

Choose the construction and size

Compare textures, perforations and surface finishes. Confirm installed dimensions, thickness tolerances and the joint profile, then calculate a row-and-column layout. Newin Best’s EVA foam values are 70 kg/m³ and Shore C 34–36; finished-model options depend on the selected style.

Check the sample and documents

Request a representative sample and compare its dimensions, appearance, seams and packing with your specification. Review current documents for the actual model and market. Ask about care instructions and replacement compatibility.

Approve the commercial details

Match the quoted product to the approved sample. Confirm quantity, packaging, MOQ, inspection plan, payment terms and delivery arrangements in the order documents. Resolve any differences before production begins.

Discuss Your Mat Requirements

Send the style, tile size, thickness, quantity and destination market. Ask for the selected model’s specification, sample and relevant documents.
