EVA foam mats are offered in several textures and surface finishes. Select the style by project requirements and sample review, then confirm the documentation and installation details.

Indoor exercise and multi-purpose rooms

Cross, five-stripe and leaf-pattern tiles offer different surface appearances and modular layouts. Review the selected model for the expected movement, floor conditions and equipment. Texture alone does not establish slip resistance or protection against dropped weights.

Play layouts and decorative surfaces

Puzzle play designs require review of intended age, removable parts and market requirements. Wood-look and textile-faced styles add different finishes to an EVA base. Ask for care instructions and a representative sample for the selected construction.

Wet-area and training projects

Perforated grid tiles require suitable underlying drainage and wet-condition review. Tatami-style models need assessment against the training requirements. Share the activity and environment with the team so the specification and supporting evidence can be reviewed.

Confirm the finished specification

Newin Best confirms EVA foam density 70 kg/m³ and hardness Shore C 34–36. Select size, thickness, colors and packing options for the model, then approve the sample and quotation. Confirm surface layers separately for composite products.

Discuss Your Mat Requirements

Send the style, tile size, thickness, quantity and destination market. Ask for the selected model’s specification, sample and relevant documents.
