Send usable artwork
Provide vector artwork when available, required colors, dimensions and intended logo position. Include a photo or drawing showing the layout and whether the design repeats across joined tiles. Confirm ownership or permission to use the brand artwork before production.
Review the method with the model
A method suitable for plain foam may not suit a textile, printed film or rubber surface. Ask the team to review resolution, color matching, relief depth where relevant and the effect on appearance. Do not assume every branding method is available on every style.
Approve a physical sample
Check the artwork on the actual material and selected color. Review placement, surface appearance, joint alignment and any care requirements. Agree the approval process and confirm whether artwork, tooling or sample costs apply to the order.
Include packing and market requirements
Send retail label, carton and barcode requirements along with the artwork. Confirm the MOQ, packing quantity and production schedule in the quotation. Review product documentation again if the decoration or surface construction changes the model to be supplied.
