Four ways to put your logo on an EVA mat
1. Heat-transfer printing. Full-color artwork printed on film and transferred onto the tile surface. Best for multi-color logos and photographic designs; surface sits slightly on top of the foam.
2. Laser engraving / embossing. The logo is burned or pressed into the foam itself. Monochrome but permanent — it cannot peel, which is why commercial gyms prefer it for center-floor logos.
3. Color inlay (tile mosaic). Your logo is built by cutting tiles in different colors and assembling them like pixels. Zero printing, extremely durable, and the look most martial arts clubs choose for ring and dojo floors.
4. Full custom color compounding. The entire tile is pigmented in your Pantone color during foaming — ideal for brand-colored flooring across a whole gym or play area. Combine with any texture: wood grain, tatami, cross or five-stripe patterns.

Artwork requirements
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the cleanest result. For printing, supply artwork at final size with 3 mm bleed; for inlay, we will rasterize your logo into a tile grid and confirm the layout proof with you before cutting. Allow one pre-production sample round — we ship custom samples within days, not weeks.
