Material preparation and foaming
The factory prepares the selected formulation and produces the foam used for the model. Newin Best confirms EVA foam density of 70 kg/m³ and hardness Shore C 34–36. Ask how these properties are checked for the order and record the finished size and thickness tolerances separately.
Surface finishing and cutting
Plain patterned tiles, printed wood-look mats, textile-faced products and rubber-faced EVA require different finishing steps. Confirm the chosen texture or layer, then review the tile shape and interlocking profile. Sample approval should cover the surface appearance as well as nominal dimensions.
Inspection of the assembled product
Agree checks for dimensions, thickness, color, joint fit, surface condition and packing. Build a sample layout to review connecting edges. Specify any required product testing and confirm the sample and report scope with the testing laboratory.
Packing and production records
Approve tiles per set, accessories, retail labels, external carton dimensions and shipping marks. Keep the approved reference sample and specification available during production. Ask about the records and inspection results needed for your buyer or importer before dispatch.
